I have come to this space of holistic health and healing after years of slipping through the cracks of our Western medical system. As my health slowly declined and I searched for answers, it was always the same response:

"Your tests are normal"
"We can't find anything to treat"
"Your symptoms are very common, nothing to worry about"
"You are generally young and healthy....it's probably just stress"

How is that possible? My hair was falling out, my glands were constantly swollen to the size of golf balls, I had rashes and hives all over, painful bloating, debilitating fatigue, brain fog and more... I was a shell of my former self and all they could tell me was this was all common and 'normal' ?!?

I KNEW I was headed down a path toward disease and was desperate to avoid it at all costs, but no one seemed as concerned as I was.

They told me to come back when it was worse so I could start the autoimmune medications.

I thought 'HELLO, you're missing the point"

I was looking to get healthy and AVOID that fate.

Finally, I took matters into my own hands! I completed a nutrition diploma, learned how your genes are impacted by your internal and external environments (the study of epigenetics) and began to heal myself.

After healing myself, friends and family started to ask questions and get intrigued. I continued to evolve my knowledge (and still do so each & every day) so I could work more broadly with clients who have a number of different health challenges.

Additionally, I provide advocacy within the medical system and referrals to a network of holistic health professionals that get REAL results!

I am a clinically practicing physiotherapist as well as an online health education teacher and coach!

I truly believe we have the power to heal ourselves and my goal is to teach you how to do just that!
